Emotions play such a large part in the way we try to control It may be a feeling of guilt, anger, sadness, low self esteem, a belief (probably not even yours- well not originally). What are the signs?

Do you find that you:

  • Don't like the way you see yourself, even though others tell you different?
  • Constantly think about your weight and body shape?
