Chronic Fatigue

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is an illness characterized by prolonged, debilitating fatigue that is severe enough to affect one or more aspects of a person's life (work, home, school or social) and multiple nonspecific symptoms such as headaches, recurrent sore throats, muscle and joint pains, memory and concentration difficulties. It is also referred to as chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS).

We have found most clients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome may also have one or more of the following issues: depression, self-directed anger, poor self-esteem, loss of self-confidence, stress.
